CULINARIUM ALPINUM serves as the home of the culinary heritage of the Alps. At the former Capuchin monastery in Stans in the canton of Nidwalden, everything revolves around the great diversity of the Alpine region. Chefs and schnapps distillers, farmers and butchers, sommeliers and tasters, cheese-makers and bakers come together here to jointly shape the future of our culinary culture at its very epicentre. They do so with courses and seminars, products and recipes, and catering that reflects the vibrancy of the Alpine region’s culinary heritage in all its many facets.
