Just 20 minutes from Lucerne, the former Capuchin monastery CULINARIUM ALPINUM invites you to discover authentic Swiss home cooking. In this hands-on class, Swiss traditions, regional flavours and seasonal ingredients come together.
Together with our professional chefs, you will prepare traditional specialties using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Along the way, you will learn culinary techniques and discover the stories behind Swiss food culture.
On the menu: crispy Rösti, Nidwalden-style sliced veal with apples and walnuts, and the classic dessert “Gebrannte Crème”. A vegetarian menu is available.
After cooking, enjoy your creations with three seasonal starters.
CHF 150.- per person, including
