Monastery hall with garden room
Once home to the monastery library, the 130-square-metre monastery hall is the largest room at CULINARIUM ALPINUM. This space is unpretentious and dignified; the original wooden floor still shows the indentations of the former bookshelves. The hall receives plenty of natural daylight and offers direct access to the garden room, so that when the weather is fine, your event can also be held outdoors and surrounded by the inviting Edible Landscape. With its stately size of 130 square metres, the monastery hall can hold up to 150 people.

Seminar rooms
All our seminar rooms receive daylight and feature a warm wooden floor and the appropriate furnishings. The decor of the rooms is deliberately unobtrusive, making these spaces perfect for enjoyable and focused studying and working.

Cloister and inner courtyard
In the middle of the vaults of the monastery is the unique cloister with its inner courtyard. This combination of indoor and outdoor space is ideal for stylish aperitifs and other events. The cloister and inner courtyard together offer a total of 170 square meters of space for up to 100 people.

Goms cooking studio
Our high-quality and stylish course kitchen turns every cooking and baking session into an experience. Three cooking islands with the latest kitchen appliances are available. The 80 square meters of space can accommodate up to 25 people, for cooking courses we recommend a maximum number of 15 participants.
Workshop
The 35 square meter, bright workshop offers space for up to 26 people. Here you can work in peace, hold your meeting or simply be pampered by our team as part of a celebration.

Inner choir
A unique 90 square meter sacred space, which is also available for events. The formerly private part of the Capuchin Friars can accommodate up to 70 people. It is ideal for lectures, meetings, readings or weddings.
