In this hands-on class, Swiss traditions, regional flavours and seasonal ingredients come together.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Together with our professional chefs, you will prepare traditional specialties using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Along the way, you will learn culinary techniques and discover the stories behind Swiss food culture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On the menu: crispy R\u00f6sti, Nidwalden-style sliced veal with apples and walnuts, and the classic dessert \u201cGebrannte Cr\u00e8me\u201d.
